These general terms and conditions explicitly regulate the commercial relationship between BLOWBACK and users who purchase products offered through this website.

BLOWBACK reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. However, any changes will not affect purchases made prior to the modification, which will be governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user acknowledges and agrees to follow the procedures outlined herein to complete a purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

All product details, including images, videos, trade names, trademarks, and other distinguishing features displayed on the BLOWBACK website (www.blowback.world), are for reference purposes only.

Size guides displayed on the website are indicative, and actual measurements may vary by up to 2 cm.

PRE-PURCHASE INFORMATION

Users can browse the website to view products categorized by different sections. By clicking on a product, users can access a detailed product description, availability status, and pricing information. All product descriptions are based on details provided by our suppliers.

All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable VAT and other relevant taxes. Prices are subject to change, except in cases of obvious typographical errors. Shipping costs are included in product prices and will be displayed separately at checkout.

Products may undergo minor, non-substantial modifications due to manufacturer availability. These changes will not affect the quality or performance of the product as advertised.

Note: Once an order has been placed, shipping details cannot be modified.

PURCHASE PROCESS

The process to purchase products follows the steps outlined on the website and these terms. Users can register as members of BLOWBACK during checkout to access exclusive promotions. Alternatively, purchases can be made without registration by providing an email address.

To place an order:

  1. Click "Add to Cart" on the desired product.
  2. The shopping cart (visible at the top right) will update with selected items.
  3. Click on “Cart” to review the order details.
  4. Click “Checkout” to proceed with payment.
  5. On the Information page, users can enter a valid discount code (if applicable).
  6. Enter the shipping and billing address as required.
  7. Click “Continue to Shipping”, select a shipping method, then click “Continue to Payment”.
  8. Enter payment details and click "Pay Now" to complete the purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made via credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets through Razorpay. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway certified with SSL encryption to protect financial data.

BLOWBACK does not store users' bank details or card information.

If an unauthorized charge is detected on a payment card, the user has the right to request an immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the transaction was legitimate and the cancellation request was fraudulent, the user may be held liable for any financial damages incurred.

Once the payment is confirmed, BLOWBACK will send an order confirmation email to the user.

ORDER SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method. These costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Users must enter a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information from the carrier.

BLOWBACK ships across India and worldwide, with additional taxes and customs duties applicable as per the destination country's regulations.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery, customers must verify the contents and condition of the package before signing the receipt. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms acceptance of the product and waives any further claims related to order accuracy or physical condition.

If a package arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must:

  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt.
  • Inform BLOWBACK within 24 hours of receiving the order.

TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
